What you will do: Deliver personalized, attentive, and professional service to all guests. Ensure guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant Lead, motivate, and coach service staff on the floor Ensure accurate explanation of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback What you bring: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, Michelin-starred, or fine dining restaurant Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities Knowledge of French cuisine and wine is an advantage Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred What we offer: Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort Birthday Leave Complimentary Employee Meals Schedule & hours: 5-Days work This is a full-time position
