Assistant Business Platform Solutions Manager

The Role: Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate production releases Review and validate proposed solutions, technical designs, and implementation plans to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance with project standards Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design and manage system integrations, data flows, operational processes, and ongoing platform maintenance Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of incidents Partner with AI specialists and technology teams to define, design, and implement AI-driven capabilities that support business objectives and enhance user experience Develop, maintain, and manage solution architecture documentation, functional specifications, business requirements, and other project artifacts to ensure clear communication and governance across stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, system design and development, application support, project management, or related technology roles Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, MySQL, Linux, and Shell Scripting Solid experience with major cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent Familiarity with the adoption and integration of AI technologies and services across cloud platforms, including Tencent Cloud, Azure, and AWS Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jenkins and Git Proven track record in developing, supporting, and managing enterprise-grade applications within large organizations Experience managing mission-critical systems with high availability, high performance, and large-scale transaction or traffic volumes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to make sound technical and business decisions Experience working with cross-border teams, particularly stakeholders and development teams based in Mainland China Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua/Mandarin) and English Ability to bridge business and technical teams, balancing operational requirements with strategic technology objectives Application with full details stating current and expected salary to: APPLY NOW Please quote the reference number ( TEL/EBIT/ABPSM/JDB02/26 ) in your application.
