Key Responsibilities 1. Contracts and Legal Documentation Draft, review, revise, and provide legal opinions on contracts, agreements, powers of attorney, and other legal documents in both Thai and English. Prepare and maintain legal documentation to support the Company's business operations. Translate legal and business documents between Thai and English. 2. Corporate and Real Estate Legal Support Handle legal matters relating to property transfers, land registration, and real estate transactions. Coordinate legal work related to condominium juristic persons and housing estate juristic persons. Prepare and maintain corporate legal documents, including shareholder records, share certificates, board resolutions, and related corporate documents. 3. Legal Advisory and Compliance Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on legal matters related to the Company's business. Research, monitor, and update relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting the Company's operations. Ensure legal compliance in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. 4. Litigation and Dispute Resolution Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant parties regarding litigation and dispute matters. Prepare legal documents, evidence, and reports to support litigation and legal proceedings. Assist in negotiating and resolving disputes or customer complaints through mediation and settlement where appropriate. 5. Government and External Coordination Coordinate with government authorities and external organizations on legal matters as assigned. Support legal registration, licensing, and other regulatory requirements. 6. Employment, Tax, and Business Support Provide legal support on labor law, tax law, customer service issues, and other legal matters related to business operations. Conduct legal research and prepare reports or legal summaries in both Thai and English. Review land development restrictions, zoning regulations, expropriation matters, and other legal issues relating to real estate projects. 7. Other Responsibilities Perform other legal duties and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor. Support cross-functional projects and provide legal assistance to other departments when required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. At least 5–10 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in real estate, property development, or corporate legal affairs. Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to translate legal and business documents between Thai and English. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, labor law, and other applicable laws related to business operations. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Having a lawyer license will be an advantage.
