Qualifications: 1 . At least Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Shipping , Logistics or any related fields. 2. At least 2 years experience on vessel or shipping business. 3. Prerequisites include speaking English fluently. 4. Able to use Power BI. 5. Those with relevant marine, shipping or logistics experience will be advantaged Responsibilities : - 1. Update technical information from the Flag Administration, Class Society, and manufacturers, gathering data and entering it into the operation system of the ship (e.g., PMS, ROMs, PBI). 2. Combine vessel performance data (fuel consumption, engine characteristics) as needed by TS/FM. 3. Compile and synthesize case studies, mishaps, and malfunctions involving the fleet’s vessels. 4. For financial planning purposes, help TS/FM get and collect the cost of spare parts from buyers. 5. Set up technical meetings and generate minutes for them. 6. As needed, collaborate with the relevant departments on Flag Administration matters and offer assistance with administrative duties that have not been addressed before.
