About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Bangkok on a full-time basis . This is a strategic position within our finance function, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing actionable financial insights to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a diverse team and contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of the organisation. Key responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies Manage and supervise the finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency Collaborate with senior management and department heads to provide financial guidance and support informed decision-making Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimise liquidity and financial stability Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting operations, or controller roles within a multinational or international environment Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local Thai accounting regulations and tax requirements Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems, with strong Excel capabilities Demonstrated experience in managing and developing finance teams in a multicultural setting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Thai is advantageous What we offer We are committed to attracting and retaining talented professionals by offering a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
