Warehouse Manager

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including Receiving, Storage, Inventory Control, Material Issue, and Finished Goods Warehouse. Ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods to support production requirements. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and work instructions to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventory, and stock reconciliation while minimizing inventory discrepancies. Plan and optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, shipment schedules, transportation, and customer delivery to ensure on-time performance. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and team members to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance. Establish and monitor warehouse KPIs, including Inventory Accuracy, On-time Delivery, Warehouse Productivity, Inventory Turnover, and Material Availability. Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and production support. Ensure proper material handling, storage conditions, traceability, and inventory control in accordance with company standards. Lead continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and process optimization to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, manpower planning, and warehouse performance reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA requirements, and all safety regulations. Manage warehouse equipment, manpower allocation, and operational budget to achieve departmental goals.
