Salary Package For Malaysia-based positions, the basic salary ranges from approximately RM8,500 to RM20,000 . For Singapore-based positions, the basic salary ranges from approximately SGD6,000 to SGD16,000 . The final package will depend on the candidate’s experience, current salary, portfolio size, product knowledge, seniority and role level. Selected positions may also offer quarterly performance bonuses , depending on sales achievement and business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent, priority, private wealth or offshore banking customers. Provide suitable financial and wealth solutions based on customers’ needs, risk profiles and financial goals. Advise customers on unit trusts, bancassurance, structured deposits, investment products, deposits, mortgages and other banking solutions. Identify new business opportunities through portfolio deepening, referrals, branch leads, customer networking and cross-selling. Build long-term customer relationships through regular financial reviews and professional follow-ups. Achieve assigned sales and business targets while meeting compliance, suitability and risk requirements. Work closely with branch, investment, insurance, mortgage and product teams to support business growth. Maintain high standards of customer service and professional financial advisory. Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field. Experience in banking, wealth management, priority banking, private banking, offshore wealth, investments, bancassurance, mortgages, deposits or relationship management. Candidates currently working in banks or financial institutions are highly encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of wealth products, investment solutions, insurance, deposits or retail banking products. Experience managing affluent, priority, offshore or high-net-worth customers is an advantage. Candidates with offshore wealth account experience may be considered for selected Singapore-based opportunities. Strong sales track record and ability to manage revenue, portfolio or acquisition targets. Good communication, relationship-building and client-advisory skills. Relevant licences or certifications such as PCE, CEILI, FIMM, PRS or other wealth-related qualifications are advantageous.
