IT Service Desk

Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve first-level IT support tickets efficiently. Assist users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform routine software installations and updates. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Coordinate with senior staff on unresolved incidents. Support user account management activities. Follow IT security protocols to manage sensitive information. Assist users with application issues. Perform data correction as per request. Support day-to-day IT operations for systems utilized within the designated field. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting common systems (HIVE, CX, Honda Connect, Web-EDI, Dealer Support, etc.). Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation through regular checks and updates. Communicate with internal teams to swiftly address IT-related inquiries or issues. Participate in technical evaluations and testing of new systems as required. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related fields. 0-4 year experience in IT helpdesk, IT support, Call support or User management support on AD. Basic understanding of IT Service Management processes. Problem-solving skills to address IT issues effectively. Skills in hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking basics and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, service minded, and high responsibility.
