About the role We are a leading provider of electrical and electronic components for industrial automation solutions and are seeking a talented Channel Manager to join our team in Thailand. This full-time role is critical to driving our sales growth and channel development strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key distributors, resellers, and channel partners to maximize market coverage and revenue opportunities. As a Channel Manager, you will cultivate strong partnerships with existing and prospective channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to effectively promote and sell our innovative products and solutions. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain strong relationships with our network of channel partners in Thailand. Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored sales and marketing strategies that boost product visibility and drive revenue growth. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to successfully promote our offerings. Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. Work closely with our internal sales and marketing teams to align channel activities with broader business objectives. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new channel opportunities and emerging trends. Represent as company at industry events and maintain a strong presence in the local business community. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales, account management or channel management role, preferably within the electronics or industrial automation industry. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with channel partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach. Familiar with sales and marketing strategies, as well as channel management best practices. Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel as required.
