The Opportunity Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will support the finance function while contributing to wider business improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities will include: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Assisting with month-end close activities and management reporting Supporting BAS preparation and compliance requirements Maintaining accurate financial records and liaising with external accountants Managing and improving Xero workflows, invoice processing, and expense management processes Assisting with cash flow reporting and financial analysis Identifying and implementing process improvements across finance operations Supporting business reporting, special projects, and ad hoc analysis Providing broader operational and administrative support as required About You We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in accounting and finance. You may be a recent accounting graduate or an early-career accountant wanting broader exposure beyond traditional transactional accounting.
