This critical role is focused on driving commercial growth, execution, and distributor management within the On-Trade (HORECA) channels, and requires your urgent attention Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Location: Klang Valley Join a highly successful heritage brand in a high-growth role that offers exceptional perks, including a 13-months salary structure, 15% employer EPF contribution, and high field autonomy. the role Take total ownership of sales growth, account coverage, and channel execution across designated On-Trade (HORECA) accounts. Operate directly from distributor partners' hubs to guide, train, and coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) and Market Representatives in trade execution and selling techniques. Set, track, and monitor monthly sales performance against annual budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Actively monitor competitor activities, trade promotions, and market dynamics to devise swift counter-strategies. Audit and enforce top-tier merchandising standards, product visibility, and stock availability across all retail and dining touchpoints. the experience Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience within the food or beverage industry, alcohol industry candidates are welcome to apply.
