Key Responsibilities: Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives Conduct customer discovery sessions and translate business needs into suitable cybersecurity solutions. Present and demonstrate security products, particularly solutions involving domain control, and network control. Prepare solution proposals, presentations, technical documentation, and responses to customer questionnaires or tenders. Plan and support product demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs of concept. Address customer questions and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers to keep opportunities and projects moving forward. Take ownership of assigned opportunities, follow up on outstanding actions, manage risks, and help drive deals toward successful closure. Support project planning, including timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and progress tracking. Develop product and industry knowledge continuously through customer engagements, training, and hands-on experience. Share lessons learned and reusable best practices across the sales and technical teams. Requirements: A higher diploma or degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline One or more years of experience in pre-sales, Responsible for solutions consulting, technical support, implementation, account management, or another customer-facing technical role. Familiar with core technologies in the cybersecurity field. Security experience is preferable Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Network boundary security, endpoint and host security, identity and access security, data security, application security, security operations and services, Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend practical solutions. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to move tasks and opportunities toward completion. Good project-management skills will be a plus A collaborative attitude and the ability to work across sales, technical, vendor, and customer teams. A growth mindset, including a willingness to receive feedback and improve through each project. Good written English and spoken Chinese Nice to Have: Experience delivering product demonstrations or proofs of concept. Experience preparing technical proposals, tender responses, or solution documentation. Relevant cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or project-management certifications. Experience working with cybersecurity vendors, distributors, system integrators, or managed service providers.
