Who we are looking for: Junior Customer Service Representative for East Island Animal Hospital In Creature Comforts, you will: ● Be the warm welcome: Greet clients and their furry companions at our clinic; assist with clients' inquiries and requests through in-person, phone or email communications. ● Coordinate appointments, provide additional information and guidance: Coordinate appointments bookings and guide clients through our services, procedures, and clinic policies. ● Maintain accurate records: Keep our client records accurate, handle client payments with care according to our clinic's SOPs & policies. ● Partner closely with veterinary team: Support the veterinary team with general administrative tasks. Requirements: ● A true heart for animals: Genuine passion for pets is a must. ● Bilingual Communication: Confidence in communicating in both Cantonese and English. Knowledge in Mandarin is advantageous. ● People-oriented Mindset: People-focused, empathetic and energised by great teamwork. ● Multitasker : Organised, meticulous and thrive in a fast paced environment. ● Customer Service Experience: If you have background in customer service it would be perfect - experience in veterinary clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous.
