Job Summary Own and drive end-to-end marketing strategies for a dedicated B2B exhibition portfolio. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors, manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event success. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with leadership potential who is ready to grow into a Marketing Manager role in the future. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the assigned exhibition portfolio and drive marketing initiatives from planning through execution. Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors. Create annual marketing plans, campaign strategies, and promotional calendars aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams, media partners, agencies, and suppliers to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Develop marketing collateral including brochures, EDMs, advertisements, website content, social media content, and promotional materials. Manage event websites and social media platforms to ensure engaging and up-to-date content. Track and analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as lead generation, visitor acquisition, conversion, retention, and campaign ROI. Work closely with the Data Management team to analyze customer insights and optimize campaign performance. Ensure campaigns include appropriate tracking mechanisms for performance measurement and reporting. Support digital product adoption and revenue generation by collaborating with Digital Product Success and Digital Operations teams. Take ownership of assigned projects and continuously recommend new ideas and marketing innovations to improve campaign effectiveness. Support onsite event operations during exhibitions when required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B Marketing, Event Marketing, Exhibition, Trade Show, Conference, Digital Agency or related industries. Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance analysis. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM, email marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and customer insights. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Good command of both Thai and English. Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with strong ownership. Leadership potential and readiness to grow into a Marketing Manager role in the future
