- Develop and manage a 39-week production commitment plan based on customer demand (ACA) on both daily and weekly basis - Prepare and communicate Production Build Plans to all relevant stakeholders - Ensure sufficient inventory levels to support production without line interruptions - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Materials, Tooling, Engineering, and Production) for effective production planning - Prepare and release Shipping Plans to the ACA SCM team - Monitor and control inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods - Ensure production capacity aligns with demand requirements - Manage and reduce aging inventory (E-block) in collaboration with relevant departments - Prepare and update critical supply chain reports on a daily basis - Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and RBA)
