Job Description: Develop design solutions by selling company products and services consistent with customer’s preference and budget. Secure sales and works contracts with sales / project team Participate in preparation and execution of product and project presentations and bidding Execute and manage sales and works contracts with project team Upgrade knowledge on current design and sales trends and market needs Both indoor and outdoor work (e.g. sales meetings and site visits) are required Coordinate with team to provide exceptional after sales service Qualifications and other requirements: Higher Diploma or Degree in Design or Building Studies preferred. Good command of both written English and Chinese Working Experience: 3 years or more full-time work Preferably in architectural products, building services or related fields Interested in landscape/architectural /playscape design will be an advantage Project/contract management and site work experience an advantage Salary and remuneration: HK$22,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered Others: Availability of the position: Immediate Location of work: Sheung Wan Work days: 5 per week We offer 5-day work week and attractive remuneration with fringe benefits will be offered to the right candidates.
