Responsibilities 【Team Management】 Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supervisors/leads of the Business Development and Engineering & Construction teams, helping them improve their professional skills and execution capabilities. Continuous Improvement: Lead the teams in conducting post-project reviews (retrospectives) to optimize the store opening process, control costs, and drive team capability upgrades. 【Business Management】 Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with other branch departments (such as Operations and Finance) and the Headquarters' Expansion Center to coordinate resources and ensure smooth, high-efficiency project implementation. Strategic Layout & Planning: Formulate regional development plans and store layouts based on Hong Kong's market environment and urban development trends. Monitor competitor movements and implement targeted site-acquisition tactics. Target & Progress Management: Guide both the BD and E&C teams to set detailed work plans. Closely track site-opening targets and construction timelines, ensuring effective workflow management. Execution of Standards: Deeply understand the company’s expansion strategy. Manage the daily operations of the Development Department to ensure all site selection and construction standards are strictly followed. Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with key landlords, property developers, real estate agents, and relevant government authorities. Job Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail chain development, commercial real estate, or project execution. At least 2–3 years of experience in team management. Familiar with the entire lifecycle of retail store development, spanning from site selection and lease negotiation (BD) to fit-out and handover (E&C) Possession of an established network of local property resources (landlords/developers/agents) is highly preferred. Willing to travel for short-term/long-term business trips if required. Comfortable with frequent outdoor work, site visits, and construction inspections.
