UKM Digital Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The job description as follows : Lead and oversee the planning, implementation and monitoring of digital solutions, technology projects and service delivery to ensure timely completion, quality standards and customer satisfaction. Develop business proposals, concept papers, management reports and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives to support the Company's growth and sustainability. Monitor the Company' s operational performance, ensuring compliance with approves policies, procedures, governance requirements and service level agreements. Coordinate procurement, contract administration and vendor performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery of products and services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization, digital transformation and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or other related disciplines.
