1. Booking reception from customers and make booking with liners, co-loader, customs broker, trucking company as per customer’s requirement. 2. Submit SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS on time without fault. 3. Prepare and manage Ocean/Air freight export/import documentation, including MBL, HBL and related documents. 4. Coordinate with internal and external parties (departments, customers, vendors, freight). 5. Proceed billing process.
