Contract administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join the team and work on an exciting institutional new-build project, supporting an experienced Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle. The Role: Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing procurement and subcontractor packages. Preparing and issuing subcontract agreements. Cost reporting and contract administration. Processing RFIs, variations and project documentation. Assisting with programme management and procurement. Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Supporting the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. About You e: Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor. Exposure to commercial, government, education or institutional projects. Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A construction-related degree or equivalent qualification.
