Job Responsibilities: · Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Computer Science subjects. · Design and implement teaching, learning, and assessment activities aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles. · Develop, review, and update course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry and academic standards. · Prepare, conduct, and moderate assessments in accordance with academic and quality assurance requirements. · Supervise Final Year Projects (FYP), industrial training, and postgraduate research (where applicable). · Participate in student recruitment, promotional events, and community engagement activities. · Contribute to accreditation processes, audit preparation, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives. · Support curriculum development and programme review in line with TTAC and MQA requirements. · Engage with industry, professional bodies, and external stakeholders to enhance programme relevance and graduate employability. · Participate in departmental and faculty administrative duties, committees, and academic initiatives. · Conduct research, apply for grants, and publish in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Requirements: · Minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline. · Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience. · Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or web/mobile technologies. · Expertise in areas such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Data Science is an added advantage. · Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF). · Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. · Publication record in reputable journals or conference proceedings is an added advantage.
