Responsibilities: Prepare and review general ledger entries, journal entries for accrual, reconciliation, cost allocation and ensure proper accounting records. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and prepare financial statements and group package accurately and on time. Review accounting transactions including AP, AR, petty cash, bank reconciliations and other reconciliations. Prepare and submit tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, computation of tax liability half yearly, capital allowance and other local tax) within the deadline. Liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and other related parties. Preparation of payment vouchers, obtaining approval and making payment. Preparation of the Annual Management Plan and Internal Budget. Provide management reports such as cash flow, budget vs actual, and cost analysis to support decision-making. Ensure accounting processes comply with accounting standards (TFRS/IFRS) and improve workflow efficiency. Assist Finance Manager in supervising team members and coaching junior accountants. To prepare any ad hoc information requested by management as and when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Accounting major is required for statutory financial reporting). Minimum 4–7 years of working experience in accounting, especially in GL and financial closing. Dealership experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Strong skills in MSOffice such as Excel and data analysis tools. CPA / ACCA (part-qualified/qualified) will be an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
