Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries on insurance-related questions with accurate and timely information. Collaborate with insurance providers to generate and present tailored quotes to prospective clients. Facilitate seamless communication between policyholders and insurance companies throughout the claims process. Manage the end-to-end administration of policy issuance, debit notes, and essential documentation. Track premium collections and adapt to various additional administrative tasks as needed. Key Requirements Diploma or Bachelor degree or higher qualification. Minimum 7 years of proven general insurance experience, ideally within an insurance brokerage environment. Must possess valid passes in IIQE Papers 1 & 2. Strong expertise in general insurance products, with a strong emphasis on construction-related coverage. Proactive, highly dependable, with a strong desire for continuous learning. Hong Kong Residents with fluency in spoken Cantonese and solid written English and Chinese skills.
