About the role We are seeking a Software Consultant (Property / HR) to join the team on a full-time basis . Based in Pulau Tikus, Penang , this role represents a strategic opportunity to leverage your expertise in software consulting within the property sector. Key responsibilities Provide customers’ support and address client inquiries about reported issues. Conducting products testing and propose enhancement strategies. Oversee project implementation and deliver training sessions. Develop and maintain project management documentation. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, managing and escalating issues as needed.
