About the role SBS International Development Limited is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Merchandiser/ Key Account /Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Identify business opportunities within existing accounts and develop new clients. Present and promote products based on client needs. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and shipment schedule. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Attend trade fairs and industry events. Prepare sales and account performance reports. Submit monthly visit plans and support ad hoc projects as assigned. Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines. Minimum 2–3 years’ sales or key account management experience in the apparel, garment, or trims industry; luxury brand experience is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Willing to travel as required. Results-driven with strong interpersonal skills. Candidates with more experience may be considered into senior role.
