Our client, is a Top leading bank with strong branch network in Hong Kong, currently they are seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of GBO / PBM in their retail banking sector. *Welcome insurance agent or any selling insurance experience Responsibilities Proactively greet and assist walk-in customers, handle enquiries, and resolve complaints to maintain high-quality service. Promote a variety of retail banking products and services, including credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and investment products to achieve sales targets. Process customer requests such as account opening, loan applications, and general account maintenance. Offer basic personalized financial advice, assessing customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to existing customers to build relationships. Requirements Welcome candidates with prior branch experience Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred. Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
