## About Flexiroam Flexiroam is a global connectivity company building digital-first telecom and travel technology products. As we continue to expand our AI and product capabilities, we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who can help us build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications across mobile, backend, and cloud systems. ## Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Flutter and Golang. The ideal candidate should be able to build mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and production-ready features from end to end. Experience with AI tools, LLM integrations, or Google ADK is a strong advantage, but this role is primarily focused on full-stack product development. ## Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. - Develop backend services and APIs using Golang. - Design and implement full-stack product features from concept to production. - Integrate third-party APIs, internal systems, payment systems, and cloud services. - Work with databases, authentication, caching, and backend infrastructure. - Support AI-related integrations, including LLM APIs and Google ADK where needed. - Collaborate with product, design, AI, and business teams to deliver practical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and production problems. - Take ownership of features and ensure timely delivery. ## Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong experience with Flutter and Dart. - Strong backend development experience with Golang. - Experience building REST APIs and backend services. - Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. - Strong understanding of system design, API design, authentication, and application performance. - Ability to work independently and own features end to end. - Good communication skills and a practical problem-solving mindset. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Cloud Run, or Vertex AI. - Experience with Google ADK or other AI-agent frameworks. - Experience integrating LLMs, AI assistants, or automation workflows. - Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code. - Experience in telecom, eSIM, travel tech, fintech, or subscription products. - Startup or fast-paced product development experience. ## What We’re Looking For We are looking for a developer who can build real products, not just prototypes. The right candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud systems.
