Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new students. New Business Development on corporate clients to drive business growth. Collaborate with teachers to enhance recruitment efforts and student engagement. Set and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to qualify for commission-based earnings. Leverage networking skills to promote our brand and expand our reach. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education or music sector. Strong networking abilities with a focus on corporate clients. Business development and fundraising experience is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a small business into a global brand. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
