About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executive (Junior) to join the dynamic Sales team at Sutherland Company Limited. This is a full-time position based in Kwai Chung, Kwai Tsing District. As a Sales Executive (Junior), you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst developing your sales expertise within our organisation. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in account and relationship management, working closely with established team members to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement Presenting products and services to prospective clients and addressing their specific needs Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations to potential customers Supporting the management of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Recording and monitoring sales activities, pipeline progress and client interactions using CRM systems Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Gathering market feedback and competitor information to support business development efforts Meeting agreed sales targets and performance metrics What we're looking for Proven educational background with at least A-Level or equivalent qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Enthusiasm for sales with a genuine interest in account and relationship management Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Goal-oriented mindset with a keen willingness to learn and develop professionally Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent time management and follow-through on commitments Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate What we offer Sutherland Company Limited is committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
