Make a real impact growing international business while learning end‑to‑end export sales. Why you’ll love this role Global exposure to customers in Canada, Shanghai, Singapore, the UK, and the US Ownership across the sales cycle: enquiry response, quotation, order tracking, delivery, and after‑sales Fast learning in export ops, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration What you’ll do Attend to and follow up on overseas enquiries from new and existing customers, ensuring timely, accurate responses Prepare quotations and pro forma invoices with precise pricing and terms Plan travel for overseas meetings with potential customers/partners when required (mostly via virtual channel) Check and verify documentary collection packs prepared by the Sales Admin Executive Follow up on overseas receivables to ensure collections within agreed terms Monitor customer orders with the Planning team to meet deadlines; arrange final delivery with the client and the Administration Executive Confirm completion of new die samples with the Molding Department and update customers Liaise with the Packing Department on final orders and keep customers informed Maintain organized records of drawings, sample approvals, and signed contracts Support operational and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the HOD What you’ll bring Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in an export/trade environment is an advantage Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong problem‑solving and complaint‑handling skills; resilient, can‑do mindset High attention to detail and numeracy; able to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of figures and documents Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; good negotiation skills Work schedule 5.5‑day work week (Saturdays on a rotational basis)
