BD Franchise Intern

This role will be managing end-to-end Franchise system of Potato Corner brand in Thailand and Malaysia. This function contributes on business expansion while maintaining long lasting relationship with our partners. This role will give you so much fun building and managing franchise system and give opportunity to learn how to make a profitable and successful business. Franchise Performance Analysis [40%] • Analyze overall franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Analyze Franchise P&L to improve bottom line profit and cost efficiency • Assess operational efficiency of franchise stores, including food cost management, stock replenishment, daily expenses, and overall performance. • Support in strategic of RPC FRC system improvement and expansion of international franchising. Franchise Expansion [10%] • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, IT, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure a smooth store opening process (includes travel). • Conduct feasibility studies for potential new franchise store openings. • Assist Business Development in enhancing the franchise model and exploring new business formats. • Prepare store opening proposals, including location details and financial models. • Manage franchise agreements and contracts. Day to Day Management [50%] • Collaborate with the Franchise to maintain efficiency and profit generation. Ensure all processes align with standards and find common ground for optimal solutions. • Stock Replenishment: Manage and oversee the replenishment of stock to maintain sufficient inventory levels and avoid shortages. • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. • Supporting Accounts: Provide support to the accounting department in ensuring accuracy in financial records and processes. Qualification: • Strong aptitude for mathematics; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal. • Team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to learn. • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
