The Director / Senior Manager of Strategic Program Management provides strategic and operational leadership across the Company’s development portfolio, spanning IND-enabling through early-stage clinical development (Phase 1/2). This role serves as a key operational and strategic partner for cross-functional development teams, ensuring seamless execution of key milestones while driving alignment across scientific, clinical, regulatory, CMC, commercial, and business functions. As a trusted partner to executive leadership, the individual translates corporate strategy into executable development plans, supports portfolio prioritization, and enables data-driven decision-making. The role also contributes to strategic business operations, corporate planning, fundraising support, partnering activities, and Board communications. The ideal candidate combines strong drug development and disease-area strategy experience (particularly in oncology, immunology, and antibody-based therapeutics such as ADCs, bispecifics, and T-cell engagers (TCEs) including programs such as cabotamig) with strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence in a matrixed biotech environment.
