Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement company-wide and group-wide internal communication strategies that support corporate objectives, business priorities, and organizational values. Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messages regarding corporate strategy, business performance, organizational priorities, and key initiatives. Strengthen employee engagement and alignment by creating communication programs and campaigns that foster understanding of company goals, enhance employee experience, and encourage two-way communication. Lead communication planning and execution for major organizational changes, transformation initiatives, restructuring programs, and business integration projects to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption. Drive internal branding and culture communication initiatives that reinforce the organization's vision, mission, values, and desired behaviors while promoting a strong and cohesive corporate culture. Develop and oversee internal communication content, including CEO messages, leadership communications, company news, newsletters, internal magazine, videos, presentations, digital content, and employee engagement campaigns. Manage editorial planning, maintain communication calendars, and establish content governance and quality standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all internal communications. Coordinate and manage company-wide and group-wide announcements, including organizational updates, strategic initiatives, leadership changes, business achievements, and other important communications. Ensure consistency of messaging across communication channels and business units while maintaining alignment with corporate identity and communication guidelines. Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, employee surveys, and analytics, and continuously improve communication strategies and channels. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide communication initiatives and organizational priorities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Change Management Communications, Corporate Affairs, or related fields. Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives within a large organization or group of companies. Experience in supporting executive and leadership communications, including speeches, presentations, town halls, and strategic announcements. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of change communication principles and organizational transformation programs. Experience in digital communication platforms, intranet management, content management systems, and internal communication tools. Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken. Experience in diversified business groups, multinational organizations, or large corporate environments would be an advantage.
