Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. Coordinate and negotiate with customers to ensure their requirements are met while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage and monitor new project activities to ensure successful implementation according to project schedules. Coordinate engineering changes and change management activities (4M, PCR, ECR) for existing products, ensuring timely completion. Support the Sales Manager in preparing quotations for new business opportunities. Analyze product costs and negotiate price adjustments for existing products. Monitor and coordinate with the Sales Administration team to ensure timely updates of product pricing. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify new business opportunities, and gather market information. Prepare customer visit reports and present key findings to the Sales Manager and management team. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the Automotive Industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
