We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join our team and drive innovation across retail operations. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity, automation, and AI adoption across our malls and offices. Job Responsibilities Retail Operations & Support: Provide daily Tier 1 & 2 support for office and mall tenants. Ensure uptime for critical hardware including POS systems, digital signage, auto-vending machines, and people-counting IoT sensors. Network & Infrastructure Management: Oversee high-density Wi-Fi 6/7 and VLAN segmentation. Configure and maintain secure hybrid links (Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect) to bridge local mall hardware with enterprise cloud environments. Cloud & Database Administration: Manage Alibaba Cloud and AWS resources, focusing on IAM, VPC security, and M365 ecosystems. Perform SQL database maintenance to ensure data integrity for tenant CRM and loyalty programs. AI & DX Automation: Architect and deploy sophisticated workflows using n8n to automate mall tasks. Implement Generative AI tools and maintain RAG-based knowledge bases to improve internal data retrieval and productivity. Project & Vendor Coordination: Lead technical delivery for digital transformation initiatives. Manage third-party vendors and conduct regular training sessions to engage non-technical staff with new systems and AI product features. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering field is required. Minimum of 3+ years in technical delivery roles such as Project Engineer or Field Engineer, ideally within a retail, mall, or hospitality environment. Proven proficiency in Alibaba Cloud/AWS, networking (TCP/IP, VLANs), and Windows/Linux Server administration. Experience with n8n or advanced low-code automation is highly preferred. Familiarity with modern AI applications (LLMs), database management (SQL), and infrastructure-as-code concepts. Understanding of retail-specific IoT and high-density wireless environments. A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to balance technical problem-solving with staff training responsibilities.
