Keswick Foundation Limited The Keswick Foundation's (KF) mission is to facilitate long-term and impactful service development and capacity building to address social needs in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. KF provides funding to support pilot projects to enable the exploration of innovative and practical solutions to address specific social needs. Project Officer Responsibilities Review and assess funding proposals, identifying key strengths, risks and gaps, and prepare clear assessment reports and presentations for senior management. Work closely with project partners on proposal development, budget tracking, progress monitoring and impact assessment across the project lifecycle. Monitor policy developments and emerging trends within the social sector, with particular focus on elderly services and ethnically diverse communities. Support the coordination of board and committee meetings, as well as annual and ad hoc events, including logistical and administrative arrangements. Requirements: Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in the social sector, non-profit or grant making environment, with hands on involvement in project management and / or monitoring. Fresh graduates with relevant educational background or placement / internship experience will also be considered. Demonstrated exposure to or experience in elderly services, ethnically diverse services, or organisations serving these populations is highly preferred. Experience reviewing and assessing funding proposals, and preparing clear written assessments or materials for consideration by senior management, is an advantage. Exposure to technology‑enabled or digital approaches to social innovation or service delivery, including AI, is an advantage. Experience supporting senior level meetings and events, including coordination and follow up, is an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in spoken Cantonese is required. Proficiency in other languages commonly spoken by ethnically diverse communities would be an advantage.
