Job Description : Lead the overall management and operations of lifestyle destination (a community space involves retails and F&B operators), ensuring a seamless, safe, and engaging customer experience across all shared facilities while enabling all brands within the project to operate efficiently under a unified standard. The role is responsible for overseeing common area operations, facilities, safety, vendor management, tenant coordination, marketing initiatives, financial management, and governance of the project to maximize customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and cross-brand synergy. Key Responsibilities · Manage the overall operations and customer experience of all common areas and shared facilities. · Oversee parking, traffic flow, valet operations, and site accessibility. · Lead safety, security, emergency preparedness, and risk management across the project. · Coordinate building maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and facility improvements. · Manage outsourced service providers, contracts, service quality, and performance standards. · Build strong relationships with tenants/brand managers and enforce project policies and operating standards. · Develop and manage the common area operating budget (OPEX), CAPEX, CAM, and utility allocations. · Own the overall community destination branding, shared marketing channels, events, and cross-brand campaigns. · Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, PDPA, and operational governance. · Lead all pre-opening operational readiness, SOP implementation, and project launch activities. · Drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. · 5–8 years of experience in shopping center, community mall, retail property, hospitality, or multi-unit F&B/retail operations. · Proven experience managing common areas, outsourced vendors, service contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders. · Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, CAPEX, operating expenses, cost allocation, and P&L performance. · Working knowledge of building operations, fire and life safety, emergency response, regulatory compliance, insurance, and PDPA. · Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align multiple brands under shared standards. · Customer-focused, hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pre-opening and operational environment. · Able to work on weekends, support site operations outside normal business hours, and respond to urgent operational issues when required.
