Business Development Manager (Contract Manager)

Responsibilities: Contract Archiving & Management: Manage the archiving of all commercial contracts and legal documents; establish and continuously optimize an efficient, standardized filing and retrieval system. Business & Legal Coordination: Act as the core liaison for cross-departmental communication; coordinate efficiently between external partners and the internal legal team to advance contract negotiation, revision, and finalization. Risk Control & Compliance Review: Perform in-depth verification of contract elements; precisely identify discrepancies between the final text, internal approval comments, and commercial policies to minimize legal and commercial risks. Process Tracking & Timeline Management: Track the proces of contracts (signing, sealing, mailing, and execution tracking) to ensure an efficient approval process. Project Management: Oversee joint project workflows and report progress to the Supervisor. What we're looking for: Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate contract management, documentation, or administrative business support (Experience in the internet/gaming industry is a strong plus). Good understanding of the gaming industry's payment cycles and game operations. Excellent communication skills with an ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans. Spoken and written fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong citizens or Hong Kong residents. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). Detail-oriented, rigorous, highly organized in handling text, with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
