Contracts Administrator – Immediate Start An experienced Contracts Administrator is required for a specialist builder delivering luxury retirement living projects. This is a full-time, office-based role in Camden for someone who can step in, take ownership and hit the ground running. What’s on Offer: Immediate opportunity Top Salary Luxury retirement living projects Project values up to approximately $35 million Small, experienced team Full project ownership Camden office Quick decision for the right candidate The Role You will manage the full commercial administration of projects from procurement through to completion, including: Writing detailed scopes of work for each trade Issuing and managing tender packages Liaising and negotiating with subcontractors Letting trade packages Assessing progress claims Managing variations and contractual documentation Monitoring project costs and commercial performance Working closely with the construction team on buildability Managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle About You You will need: At least five years’ Contracts Administrator experience Class 2 residential, retirement living, apartment or commercial experience Strong trade-scoping and procurement capability Solid experience with progress claims and variations Good construction knowledge and practical buildability awareness The ability to work independently within a small team Confidence managing projects from start to finish This opportunity will move quickly.
