Key responsibilities Assist the Senior Purchaser in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materials and subcontract works Prepare and issue Purchase Orders accurately and promptly Support Quantity Surveyors in requesting quotations for tender submission Coordinate with suppliers, sub contractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor and track material deliveries to meet project schedules Maintain project warranty records and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual Match Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Suppliers' invoices before submission for payment processing Maintain accurate procurement records and filing of procurement related documents Provide general administrative support to the Procurement, Quantity Surveyor and Project teams Requirements: Minimum Certificate or Diploma holder Minimum 2 years working experience in construction / interior fit-out industry (preferable) Entry-level candidate with a keen interest in construction / interior fit-out procurement are welcome to apply Meticulous, organised, possess initiative, able to multi-task and ability to work in a team Proficient in MS Office application
