About the role Join a growing telecommunications infrastructure company as a skilled Technical Draughtsman/Site Engineer and play a key role in shaping Malaysia's telecommunications landscape. We are seeking a talent to join our team at HOMEBASE NETWORK SDN BHD in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Technical Draughtsman/Site Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans to support our engineering operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success. What you'll be doing Able to use AutoCAD at a basic level for technical drawings (Training will be provided) Interpreting design specifications and requirements to create engineering drawings that meet project objectives Collaborating with engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are aligned with project needs Conduct site survey and produce a simple Technical Proposal based on clients' requirements Monitor site progress and supervise work on site What we're looking for Possess a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering or related field; Degree holders are an added advantage Fresh graduate are strongly encourage to apply as we will provide in house training Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD software to produce technical drawings Strong attention to details and ability to interpret design specifications accurately Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices Attend site survey and produce Technical Proposal as required Possess own laptop and transport What we offer At HOMEBASE NETWORK SDN BHD, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
