Frame and Truss Fabricator

Frame & Truss Fabricator role available NOW! What's involved: Measuring and cutting timber to required lengths Placing timber into jigs for frame and truss assembly Operating nail guns following training and authorisation Moving timber, frames, and trusses around the production area Assisting with general manufacturing and production tasks Keeping work areas clean and organised Cleaning equipment and maintaining good housekeeping standards Working alongside experienced team members and receiving on-the-job training Following workplace procedures and operating processes Adhering to Health & Safety requirements and safe manual handling practices Wearing and maintaining required PPE What we need from you: Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Able to follow instructions and work well in a team Strong commitment to workplace health & safety Reliable transport and good attendance Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or similar experience is preferred but not essential Basic experience with hand and power tools Good attention to detail and willingness to learn What we have to offer: Ongoing work with a reputable manufacturing company Full training and support provided Opportunity to learn specialised frame and truss manufacturing skills Supportive team environment Weekly pay PPE provided Potential for long-term career development and growth opportunities You must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and have rights to work in NZ.
