Responsibilities: Formulate comprehensive budget and cost plan for the property development project, ensuring accurate estimation and management of construction cost Participate in the selection and appointment of consultants and contractors Manage the procurement process for supplies and subletting of contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met Conduct detailed estimation and analysis of construction costs for land bids, subcontracting, variation works, and minor/maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency and accuracy Responsible for post-contract administration, including measurement of work, verifying interim payments and overseeing final account settlements Requirements: Degree in Surveying or equivalent, MHKIS or MRICS is a must 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in property developer, consultancy firm or main contractor Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
