One Talaad Corporation Ltd. One Talaad is a fast-growing trading company that imports and distributes leading food and beverage brands across Thailand. Our portfolio includes White Claw Hard Seltzer (USA), Remedy Kombucha and Sodaly (Australia), Tony's Chocolonely (Netherlands), Easy Tomorrow by Samyang (Korea), and premium fresh produce. We operate across modern trade, specialty retail, pharmacy, wholesale, and online channels. Our Supply Chain team is central to everything we do. Every product we sell has to be imported, cleared through customs, labelled for Thai compliance, and received into our system accurately. This role sits at the heart of that process. POSITION OVERVIEW The Import & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all import documentation, customs clearance coordination, product labelling compliance, and inventory system accuracy across One Talaad's portfolio of international brands. This is a detail-oriented, process-critical role. You will work across multiple international suppliers simultaneously — in Australia, USA, Netherlands, and Korea — ensuring that every shipment arrives correctly documented, cleared efficiently through Thai customs, and labelled in full compliance with Thai FDA requirements before reaching our retail partners. You report directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Marketing teams on a daily basis RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Import Documentation & Customs Clearance Review and verify all import shipping documents for accuracy before customs submission — including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, sea waybills, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and health certificates Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders and express courier agents (DHL, Konoike, and others) across sea freight and air freight shipments Liaise with international suppliers to request corrections or additional documents when customs agents flag issues Confirm shipment arrival notifications with courier and freight forwarder partners and ensure clearance proceeds without delay Monitor active shipments and update the supply chain team on status and expected arrival dates 2) Thai Product Labelling & FDA Compliance Coordinate Thai product labelling for all imported SKUs — working with graphic designers on label artwork, managing quotations from label printers, and overseeing label production timelines Ensure all product labels comply with Thai FDA requirements for imported food and beverage products, including nutrition information panels, ingredient declarations, and importer details Manage label application (stickering) process for new shipments — coordinating with the warehouse team on timing and quantities Support the Thai FDA product registration process for new SKUs — preparing and submitting required documentation to relevant government agencies Track and renew company import licences and product registrations as required 3) Inventory Management & System Accuracy Process inventory adjustments in the company system when discrepancies, damages, or product substitutions occur — coordinating the approval chain between operations and accounting Submit bill approvals to accounting so goods can be received into the inventory system promptly upon arrival Manage sample withdrawal requests from the sales and marketing teams — coordinating management approval, system adjustments, and logistics Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, write-offs, and adjustments 4) Supplier & Logistics Partner Liaison Communicate with international suppliers (WA Farm Direct, Remedy Australia, Van Tol/Tony's, Samyang, Mark Anthony Brands) on shipping document requirements, corrections, and shipment coordination Manage relationships with logistics and warehouse partners — setting up billing procedures, following up on quotations, and resolving operational issues Coordinate with Mobile Logistics and Konoike warehouse on storage, inbound deliveries, and transport requirements Set up and maintain vendor billing procedures and ensure accounting teams have correct contact details and invoicing instructions for all partners 5) Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager (Wanna) on all import and regulatory matters — this role supports and complements her responsibilities Coordinate daily with the Accounting team (Ploy/Mookphaya) on bill approvals, inventory adjustments, and cost tracking Support the Sales and Marketing teams on sample requests, labelling timelines, and product availability Liaise with Graphic Design (Tadaporn) on label artwork production and revisions Assist with general supply chain administration, record keeping, and translation as required Experience Requirements 2–4 years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, or supply chain coordination — required Experience reviewing and managing Thai import documentation (B/L, packing list, commercial invoice, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates) — required Familiarity with Thai FDA labelling requirements for imported food and beverage products — strongly preferred Experience coordinating with Thai customs agents or freight forwarders — required Experience with inventory management systems and accounting approval workflows — preferred Experience in FMCG, food & beverage import, or consumer goods distribution — preferred Good working English — written and spoken — required for daily correspondence with international suppliers in Australia, Netherlands, Korea, and USA Fluent Thai — required Thai nationality — required Key Competencies Meticulous attention to detail — document accuracy is critical; errors cause customs delays, compliance issues, and financial penalties Strong organisational skills — managing multiple active shipments and suppliers simultaneously Process-driven with the ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures Clear written communication in both Thai and English — you will correspond professionally with international partners daily Proactive and responsive — customs and compliance issues are time-sensitive and require fast action Collaborative — this role works across supply chain, accounting, sales, and marketing every day Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
