About us North Coast Petroleum is a proudly Australian owned and operated family company based in Lismore Northern NSW. We provide a high level of customer service marketing well-known brands such as Liberty & Shell retail site branding along with Shell, Valvoline and Gulf Western oils. The Role This is a permanent position for a Warehouse Duties and Delivery Driver. Reporting directly to the Distribution Manager, key responsibilities will include: Preparing and completing delivery and pickup orders (loading, packing, labelling, wrapping, and shipping items) Receiving, organising, and storing warehouse stock efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Safely operating and performing regular checks on warehouse vehicles and equipment Adherence to all WHS policies and processes Delivering a range of products, including packaged and bulk oils, with pumping into bulk storage tanks as required Engaging with clients, addressing service-related queries, and collecting payments when requested Following company policies, quality standards, and legislative requirements at all times About You We are looking for someone who is: Energetic, organised, and a true warehousing all rounder Physically fit and capable of undertaking the physical requirements of warehouse work such as lifting, bending, climbing and reaching in a safe and timely manner Able to safely operate forklifts, MR trucks, and other delivery vehicles Highly skilled in time management and task prioritisation Willing to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to improving operations An effective communicator both written and oral, polite and respectful to customers and staff alike.
