Head of Security Advisory

Summary: Lead the Security Advisory function to strengthen the Bank’s security governance framework through policies, standards, baselines, security awareness programs, organizational security assessments, IT third-party security oversight, and governance of third-party data-sharing arrangements. Job Descriptions: Head of Security Advisory, is the managerial position that leads the team to continuously establish and enforce security baseline, security standard and security policy for the bank, to ensure that all stakeholders are continuously aware, prepared and having necessary security control in place for both existing and emerging technology component supporting the organization roadmap , organization security certification and regulatory security requirements. The unit also leads on security design, security assessment and approval of Data sharing to 3rd party. The unit lead on security assessment of the new Solution acquisition. Qualifications: Strong cybersecurity knowledge in the banking or financial services industry. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new IT and security technologies and practices. Solid experience in comprehensive security controls and organizational security assessments. Strong technology security consulting and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English. Relevant security certifications are an advantage.
