As our Victorian practice continues to grow, we are looking for a paralegal to join our Melbourne office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Paralegal to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will support clients throughout their personal injury claim, while ensuring they receive exceptional service every step of the way. Working closely with a supervising solicitor, you will manage a portfolio of files, coordinate medical and claim documentation, liaise with external stakeholders, and provide guidance to clients throughout the claims process. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client interaction with file management and administration in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of matters from commencement through to completion, ensuring deadlines and recalls are met. Review and interpret medical evidence and hearing assessments to support claims. Liaise with medical providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate claims. Provide regular updates to clients regarding appointments, claim progress and next steps. Respond to client enquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism. Work autonomously while effectively managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate file records. Contribute to reporting, projects and other administrative activities as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for providing outstanding client service with empathy and professionalism. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
