Patient Coordinator & Cashier - English Speaking

Join Our Patient Experience Team We are looking for a service-minded, organized, and English-proficient professional to join our Front Desk and Online Booking Team. In this role, you will be an important part of creating a smooth and premium experience for both Thai and international patients—from their first online inquiry and appointment booking to their arrival and treatment at the clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, providing excellent service, and working in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional commission from successful case conversions . Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk Welcome clients and ensure a smooth check-in / check-out experience Coordinate patient flow, doctor schedules, and communication with sales/operations Maintain a professional and clean reception environment Online Booking & Client Communication Manage inquiries from LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website Handle online appointment scheduling and confirm bookings Provide general service information and assist in closing cases (eligible for commission) Follow up with leads to ensure conversion Admin & Documentation Handle billing, invoices, receipts, and payment collection Prepare treatment forms & consent documents Input customer information into CRM accurately Support general administrative tasks and daily clinic operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Comfortable communicating with both Thai and international patients. Able to use Google Sheets, CRM systems, and basic administrative tools. Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and service-focused environment. Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness center, hotel, call center, customer service, or front-office position will be strongly preferred. Employee Benefits Annual Leave: 6 days per year, increasing by 1 additional day for each year of service. Available after successfully completing the probationary period. Birthday Leave: 1 day per year. Red Light Therapy: 2 complimentary sessions per month. Available after successfully completing the probationary period. IV Drip Therapy (excluding NAD) or Men Booster Treatment: 1 complimentary session per month, with a maximum value of THB 3,000. Available after successfully completing the probationary period. Working Conditions Working Schedule: 24 working days per month with 6 days off. Days off may not fall on Saturdays or Sundays.
