A prestigious Sydney boutique Family Law practice is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to join its established, high-performing team, stepping into complex, high-net-worth matters from day one. About the Team You will join a well-structured and collaborative team that includes: A Family Law Specialist Director A talented Senior Associate Associate and junior lawyers Paralegal and administrative support staff The firm places strong emphasis on mentorship, development, and excellence in client care, offering genuine opportunities to refine your advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills. About the Role • Run a caseload of complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and high-conflict disputes with minimal oversight • Work directly with the Director on high-profile and strategically sensitive matters • Bring, develop and grow long-term client relationships, drawing on your own networks • Mentor junior lawyers within the team • Contribute as a senior voice in a collegiate, high-performing environment Salary & Features of the position: $170,000 - $2200,000 Guide Range | with additional performance based monthly bonuses High-end family law work with sophisticated clientele “Old money” CBD offices on Elizabeth Street Hybrid working arrangements (office + WFH balance) Strong mentoring from an Accredited Specialist Supportive culture with a focus on career progression Access to quality resources and a full support team Requirements: 10 years’ PAE + in Family Law Have some networks, referrals to bring to the firm. Experience handling litigation and complex files, or readiness to step up Strong drafting, negotiation, and courtroom skills A polished, client-focused communication style A professional, organised and proactive approach Comfortable aiming for 5 billable hours daily.
