About the role Due to team expansion, our client is actively looking for a SaaS Pre-sales Manager (Solution Architect) to join the regional team. The successful candidate will play a critical strategic role in driving revenue growth through pre-sales activities, building lasting client relationships, and positioning our innovative SaaS solutions to key enterprise accounts. What you'll be doing Lead solution architecture and delivery engagements by understanding client objectives and requirements Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements Prepare and deliver compelling pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions Develop customised solution proposals and business cases that address specific client needs and align with their strategic priorities Collaborate closely with enterprise sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation phases Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR department, IT directors and procurement professionals Provide technical and commercial guidance to support the enterprise sales team in closing complex deals Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5-7 years of pre-sales within the SaaS/ ICT sector, with proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise deals Strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences End to end solution architect across platforms, integrations, data flows and deployment based on clients' needs Design and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, proposals and articulating clear value propositions and ROL to stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (eg. sales, account management, product, engineering and delivery teams) Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Apply now If you are a driven pre-sales professional ready to take your career to the next level with a market-leading HR SaaS solutions company, we would like to hear from you.
